Synopsis: Story starts where "Den 5: Elements" ended. Zandor and Wyn saves Den, but Den escapes and follows bells to find Indian girl with lizard. Story of Den goes on in sidestorys. Den's master of slavery (in "Den 4") visits in story. DenSaga changes it path to follow Kil and Mal. Mal escapes form Kil, because he has a family elsewhere (in the beginning of Part 2 there is one collage page of memory bits from the story of "Children of Fire"). Pucca has now kids, David and Elie. She lives in Zeg's community against her will. Kil comes to help Mal. Kil meets a spider monster (spiders on my mind, on a cover of Horror in the Dark #4 (1991)!), a sombosucker.
Comment: Corben goes back to true colorworks. Brilliant, except the end of the story Beth Corben starts to work with him as a co-colorist. The most darkest story of DenSaga. The beginnings of Part 1 and Part 3 are the most interesting episodes of this story.
Extras: The Jan Strnad interview (February, March 2001). Den's Legacy, a full length run through of entire Den's adventures (beware a major spoilers!).
