The second L'Echo des savanes spécial U.S.A. with additional "nouvelle série" starts from the beginning; they also dropped "L'Echo des savanes" from the logo. Still old register plate logo (starting from [I] #25 (1983). Logo was changed not until in [II] #20 (1986) into new "Spécial USA magazine", and later shortened as "USA magazine" [[II] #24 (1986)]. During second "Spécial USA" period, which turned soon to "USA magazine", they started to print also a special "hors série".
