Periods
See also Chronological Story List.
We can divide Mr. Corben's comic stories into clear periods. During certain time of periods he was doing comics mostly for certain publisher/genre. Here is listed all Mr. Corben comic stories according his periods. If periods are partly overlapping, comics are placed into period they belong to (according publication).
Pre-Fantagor Period contains comics after Warren (out of Heavy Metal and Fantagor) till around 1990. Post-Fantagor contains everything after that till around 2002 (excluding Super Hero comics). Underground Period suppoused to end around 1974, but I added also Hot Stuf' comics there (till year 1977), as well Fantagor #5 (1983), which suppoused to be around Fantagor or Pre-. In Super Hero Period I added "Pre-Super Hero" story X-Men: "Heroes for Hope" (1985), which is actually out of Period.
Mr. Corben's most latest period is called as Expanding Period. It includes everything after 2003, excluding Super Hero, and his Edgar Allan Poe / H.P. Lovecraft adaptations.
"Den [I]" (short story version) belongs clearly into Underground Period, but it is located here into Heavy Metal, because there the story was stretched as a full feature adventure.
"Bodyssey" was originally a short story, like vise. It was called as "Pilgor, Dreams of a Magic Planet" (5 pgs), but never published in English, though almost all around the Europe it is known (France, Germany, Italy and Spain)! In this case, both titles are inclued.

Edgar Allan Poe Perioid (2006–2014)
A push for this perioid was a collaboration with Jan Strnad with a story, "Ragemoor" (2012). Mr. Corben asked "a Poesque series". The story did not go enough to that direction, so he decided to start his own geniue 8 page Poe adaptations. The first story was "The Sleeper [II]" (2012) and he started to make it before he did know who would publish it.
