Synopsis: Hellboy was lost in Mexico for wresting. A man approaches him for a good fight with Frankenstein monster. In the end there’s much more than just a wrest match. A complete destruction.
Comment: A sequel is actually pretty funny. Camazotz is leading Hellboy to the surprising adventures with heavy links to Mexican wrestler movies and Universal sort-of terrible stories.
Special: A sequel for Hellboy: “Hellboy in Mexico (Or, a Drunken Blur)” (one-shot) (May 5, 2010) by Mike Mignola, art by Richard Corben.
Model: The model for Dr. José Luis Kogan has been apparently the same guy as the main protoganist for the story, The Split.
