About our Contributors (pg 4)
RICHARD CORBEN crew up in Sunflower, Kansas, a housing development across the road from the Sunflower Ordinance plant, which produced bombs during World War Two. As a youngster, Corben played with toy soldiers and tanks, read SUPERMAN, Tales From the Crpyt, Two Fisted Tales, and Frontline Combat, and drew his own comics about his dog Trial. As a teenager, Corben moved with his family to Kansas City, where he drew comics about the siege of Troy and the adventures of Ulysses. Today, Corben still draws comics, but the conflicts range from ancient history, to inner city ghettos, to far-flung universes.
SIMON REVELSTROKE was recently declared persona non grata by the Miskatonic University Library for having destroyed their sole surviving copy of The Necronomicon. His graphic creits include Bloodtar, Den: Dreams and Elements, and that epic of good taste The Bodyssey. His favourite actions include the standoff at Rorke’ Drift, Doolittle’s raid on Tokyo; and his own ongoing battle with Richard Corben over the use of the word “gibbous.”
